Lash extensions last 3-4 weeks long. How you care for your lash extensions plays a big part in your retention. 2-3 week fill ins are recommended for maintenance and fullness.

Don’t worry our artists are more than happy to explain to you the after care process to ensure long lasting wear.

The initial appointment can take anywhere from 2-3.5 hours. This depends on the type of set you are getting, how many natural lashes you have, and the skill/speed level of your artist.

Lashing is an art, and can not be rushed. We ask that you come to your appointment prepared to relax and allow the time needed to achieve the best results.

Come to your appointment with a completely clean face. That means completely free of any & all makeup and moisturizers.

Make up remover available upon request.

You should avoid caffeine. Caffeine can make the eyes jittery, making it extremely hard to lash and can result in a necessary rescheduling. Caffeine also makes it difficult for you to relax completely. We want you to be comfortable and relaxed.

Of course! However, mascara is not recommended on the lash extensions. While there are some lash extension safe mascaras on the market, it can be extremely difficult to safely and effectively remove from the lash extensions. Oil based products should also be avoided as they can shorten the life of the lash extensions.

Lash cleanser is recommended and available for purchase to remove and clean eye makeup from the eye area.

When applied properly, lash extensions will not harm your natural lashes. All lash artists are licensed, and certified in lash application.

Our main priority is the health of your natural lash. That means never applying lash extensions that are too long, or too thick for your natural lashes & adjusting the lengths and diameters as needed.

Don’t get your lash extensions wet for the first 6 hours. Wait 24hrs to be extra safe.

Avoid excess heat and steam. (Overall but definitely within the 6hr/24hr time frame)

No eyelash curler required.

No mascara.

Clean your lash extensions daily using our Foam Cleanser.

BUT

Make sure you are also cleaning them after you

Cry, Sweat or Tear.

The salt in our tears/sweat can break down the adhesive much quicker than normal and also give our lash extensions a coated feeling. A quick cleansing of the eye are using our Foam Cleanser will have them good as new.

Please come to your appointment with a clean face. This means the face and eye area are free of any and all makeup and potential eyelash adhesive residue. If you are wearing makeup, makeup remover wipes are available to use prior to the appointment. Please avoid caffeine prior to your appointment to avoid jittery eyes. Jittery eyes can make the lash extension process extremely difficult and may result in a necessary rebooking

VIP appointments are appointments outside of normal business hours at an additional fee.

Yes, if there is a time & date you are interested in outside of normal business hours, please call to inquire. VIP Appointments are available upon request depending on artists availability.
